What is the best product/procedure to use for the material on the center armrest. The front corner of my armrest is dirty. How can I restore it back to like new?

yea my center armrest is gettin rather dirty, the suede on the outside edges of the seat are getting kinda worn down, anyone else have a problem with that?

 

Yeah the corner on mine is dirty.. Stop wearing t-shirts, its all that elbow grease getting all over it.. LOL actually you need to clean the gunk off, once you do it'll look like new.. a soft brush and some mild cleaner will remove the crud..
