Yeah dude, I wouldn't doubt if you could be heard over 100 feet away during the day time. Thumpage. No pictures of mine yet. No digi. Lol, digi with no digi. I'll try and grab my bro's if possible, otherwise, I look forward to getting the future setup up in this piece. Right now the amps are mounted to a long piece of wood outlining the boundaries of the trunk with a nice little cloth covered piece of wood that goes flush. Looks good, but the box is just posted like a thumb tack taking up all that space. I'd love to utilize the spare tire area as the speaker box. The CAP is opposite the fluid resorvoir, posted up against that pull down flap on the left side of the trunk. The CAP is rectangular, not cylindrical. It looks good, but obviously not as good as a complete customization.

To those of you who've had custom enclosures made for the trunk, about how much did you pay? I have two 12's I wanna custom mount in the trunk. The idea is to make the setup a bit lighter (currently using prefab dual wedge). I already have an MTX amp as well. Any ballpark estimates??

I think most of the custom installs were done themselves. I know when I did my trunk in my old car I was the one doing all the wood work and wiring.

Stock radio

Will probably swap out for some component sets and new head unit once my engine becomes louder than my music.

Thinking the same. I have a cheap aftermarket deck. It reall does help out the stock speakers better then the stock HU did. If I do anything more to the sound it will probably be components and maybe one sub.

Is your trunk sealed ( ie. the trim panel around the sub box , does it close off the trunk ? ) if so how does the sound "get out" of the trunk ? or does the trunk act as the box?
