I was wondering if there is anyone selling the badge saying fq260 like the ones for fq400.

 

Dealers in Englan would not sell you the badge FQ-XXX with out a proof that you own a real FQ. I am writing E-mails to this guy in England, he might be able to get an FQ400 badge for me (not sure yet), atleast I'll try.

there is no such thing as the fq260....it's just simply the evo VIII 260...the fq's are 300 and 330 for the VIII and 300, 320 and 340 for the MR

 

some people at the SocalEvo meets have FQ300 and FQ400. A quite a few also!

 

Well is there a 260 Badge? I would not mind having that either.

 

the 260 is badgeless in terms of numbers...you could get the small rear wing which is on the 260, but why would you want to do that

 

besides, my evo would be a 276! anyway, just as us evo owners would frown pon the lancer guys putting an mr, or evolution basge on their cars, maybe we should respect those lucky bastards in england who get to have the FQ 400's etc, and not put FQ badges on our evo's!

 

hmm.. I tend to agree that it wouldnt be right to put one of those badges on our evo... but a stock looking 4g63 badge would be sweet... I want some kind of engine indentity badge on mine

 

It wouldn't be right. There are MR FQ's afterall and they contain many more mods than a regular MR would.

Maybe you could have "MR FQ260 - AYC - ASD -Etc." for the NA version
