its actually a product made for the ralliart by RRM and is on their turbo RA. i think they have some more pictures of it if you go to the products section at www.roadracemotorsports.com

youd be wrong. they have a turbo ra with a shorty cf wing but this is not it. they also make a shorty cf wing that fits on the evos and 02-03 reg lancers. know what you are talking about before you give out info.
