Like how ACD / SAYC will never make it to US shores, and the MR will never have a chance of coming here... I somehow am willing to wager they will release the MR a year after the 9 comes out to get more $ from trade ins.

 

I would say go black....

 

Actually Owner of Mitsu dealership say will have no MR edition on evo 9 beacuse Evo 10 should be out in oct -nov 2006..

 

But but.. I know Silver look good with Carbon fiber hood, spilter , volk rims and tints windows... I know black too... Argg!!

 

black is nice but is a high maintenance color
red is also nice but and dosent require as much as the black
white (i have white) is nice as well it shows dirt but is perdy low maintenance
silver sucks IMO it hids the dirt well so it would show how lazy you are IMO and it dosent stick out
blue is real nice looking color but it just dosent look like an EVO color
yellow is a litttle fun looking and would look good but i hear that people get sick with it after a while

Silver was what I wanted at first, but black was my 2nd choice and they only had a black one. Now whenever I look at silver they look more and more plain. When I get a 9 it will be either white or red. I really don't like red, but on the 9 it looks perfect. Black is my fav but I have that now so it will be time for a change.

 

Umm i got idea.. when im gettin Black... and re do the Clear coat on it.. beacsue im in career of automotive collision and Custom refinish.. Im wonder Scuff up the Clear coat and re clear coat with 3 layer.. it will less of swirl and rock chip... What you think?

hahaha... I had a FBP(flamanco Black pearl) 99 Civc Si. after that car. I vow to never own a black vehicle where I live. or untill I get my own house and have a garage and fully paved streets. no gravel driveways..... I'm a fanatic about keeping my car clean. and my honda just about killed me. The FBP was freakin nice though. it had a blue flake with the pearl and at night, under a street light, it would have a blue tint. definately a PITA though. I would get the black if you not gonna drive the car much. if the paint is anything like it is know. it'll look like crap if you don't keep it perfectly clean at all times. good luck with whatever you choose.

Acutally when im Gettin Evo that would be My Daily Drive... And Im car freak.. I keep my car clean and wash and wax weekly.. Also I dont let my friend to eat or drink inside... Also I work for Lexus too.. i seen alot black with Swirls.. prob it was bad owner?

 

i own a black evolution... Its a gorgeous car in the color and everything gets dirty fast but i usually wash my 2-3times a week

 

get a clear evolution...that would be neat.
