I have the stock infinity 315 watt sound system. My question is could I use the stock amp and wires to run a component set by just replacing the speakers?
Yes you can. I had a 2000 Eclipse with the Infinity sound system and replaced my speakers with Referance series. They sounded great, but I lost a lot of bass. Once I put a powered sub in it was great!
