He has his own business of consulting/patenting. Its complicated, and i barley understand it. Basically what happens, is, inventors come to him with ideas, he patents them, makes prototypes, goes over to asia(hong kong, china, japan etc) makes all the molds, final prodution, packaging. gets their company started up and running. gets their product into stores and then lets them on their own. I think he gets a royalty from the comapany. So in all..from an IDEA..to FINAL MARKET prodution i guess you could put it.
