How does it mount? I broke the stock lower lip on my EVO and am looking to replace it with something. Is it stuck on there with double side tape?

it mounts over the stock lip... if you factory one is broken then this is not the lip for you. I suggest getting the one from gruppe s. go to the link that I posted on the first post and look how I had to install it(pages 15 and 17 of the linked thread)
