sorry iu couldnt take it, i got a homeless guy to take a pic next to it, hes always walking on the streets where i work, heres me!!

 

im not sure he does some trick for me, state inspection and emmisions, $30 bucks...

 

PA is only a gas cap check and visual inspection.

 

what are these inspections u speak of?

sweet. My car is regeistered in PA and I'm about to pass it with no cat and 264s. They scan OBDII and check the fuel cap and that's it.

 

yeah, inspection and emmisions testing sucks.

 

you guys are lucky. here in california they're implementing the "rolling car" emission test. but since there isn't a large number of 4wd dynos here we're exempt for a while.

I have one thing going for me... my JDM STi ECU doesn't throw ANY codes. I have no cats and various other sensors either inop or unplugged, and the ECU doesn't care! Its great!

As far as I know, in MD they port test via the OBD II connection for newer cars. Looks like I am golden.
