Arrow Painting Evo Graphite Grey? New leather seats?

Hey guys, I'm having a had time deciding weather I think the Graphite Grey is worth the extra money. I want leather, but I also love the Graphite Grey so much. How much would it cost do you guys think to color a 05 GSR to Graphite Grey? Also would many shops be able to do the exact color? Or would it just be similar to Mitsu's color?

Another solution if you guys think is more practical, would be to buy the MR if I find a good deal and put leather seats? What are some good leather seats that are equal in comfort / racing as the Recaro leathers?

Thanks a lot

EDIT: I've basically realized how stupid it would be to paint a GSR to GG so please try and just help me out with the info on redoing the seats in leather, or buying two new seats for the front.

Thanks

why would you want to paint a brand new evo? in that case, just buy an MR if you can find one, and put some racing leathers in it.

If I were you, I'd just buy an MR and put leather seats in vs. buying a GSR and repainting it. Get ready to pay an arm an a leg for the seats though.

have a good auto upholstery shop redo your recaros in leather if that really matters to you, or better yet, trade up with someone with leather that wants the cloth..

I'd go with the cloth, or cloth/alcantara combo, myself..

Cheers,
Harry

Would that be expensive? Also could you do that for the rear seats too?

You should be able to recover your stock seats for $1000 - $1200. It is less than that for some of the more common cars ($800 - 900 for an Accord).

Is that for all 5 seats or just the front two?
Even tho nobody suggested buying a GSR and painting it, how much money would that be compared to getting new seats or recovering the seats?

As I stated on my other post before... don't repaint the whole car with new color unless you're going to repaint the engine bay too. If you want that color, just trade in your evo.

Why would you paint a car another color? Just buy it in the color you want (get the MR, not the IX with SSL). You might like the higher friction alacantra seats better than full leather. If you ask me, the crap you get with SSL isn't worth it (and it is crap, I considered them). If you're going to pay that much, just get a damn MR and get some functional stuff. The SSL seats aren't great, and the sunroof isn't all that. I know you live in Florida, but come on, the car has air conditioning!

You should be able to get the front, rear seats and some door trim for $1100 - $1200. I don't know what a good paint job cost these days, but I would expect it to be over $4000 to do the full body and match the OEM quality (though our OEM paint is not the best).

Well I was looking and I like the Bride race seats with half leather a lot. Even tho it would be about 500-600 more then just having them redo the recaros in leather and it would also only be the front two. I'll have to figure it out. Does anybody know of good seats equal to the Brides that look good aswell?
