Yeah, the VII and VIII rears were bland. Too bad we get the same old bumper here.

 

I believe the hole on the passenger side is the functional hole so that is why there is the offset. Unless you really look it isn't like it stand out that much. functional > style that is what this car is all about

i think the front bumper's pretty clean, but i'm still getting used to the back... it looks like a speed boat sometimes.

 

I know it's kinda rice but I'd upgrade front and rear bumpers on my '03 to the IX bumpers. I hate the "Pontiac" nose the Evo8 has.

 

There's always the VII front, if you have the cash for that (I know you do).

Exactly, it looks like some stupid blackwidow kit or whatever the f**k you call it. I agree the Vlll looks better. But then again I thought the Vll looked better than the Vlll. Untill I got used to the Vlll and then it looked better than the Vll. Soo, who knows only time will tell.
