Eclipse Subs

http://www.radiomancaraudio.com/deta...tx-thunder801d

i Have 2 10" eclipse aluminum subwoofers and i have a Mtx 801 classD mono amp.
ive heard i can not bridge it. Is this true? if this was able to be bridged, would it have enough power or the amp is not good enough for 2 10"s to hit clear.

above is a link with the specs

hes laughing because you can't even copy something from a box to your keyboard. the correct term would be DVC for dual voice coil. SVC means sinlge voice coil.

if you have a single DVC sub you can run the coils in parallel and you will be effectively running 2 ohms at the amp. if you can't figure that out then read a book on car stereo or pay someone to do it for you before you blow everything up.

you need to read this........ http://www.jlaudio.com/tutorials/wiring/index.html It doesn't matter that they are JL subs and amps........you want to wire your subs using [2 DVC drivers with Voice Coils in Series / Parallel]......if you do not understand pay someone to hook up your subs and amp or YOU WILL BLOW THEM UP!!!!
