PICS!! from wreck, estimate $$$$ damage
I'd say if u did the work urself, you could keep the price down considerably. U could probably find many used parts on this forum to replace ur intercooler, tie bars, etc. Ur gonna need to find where the fluid is coming from on the engine (head, oil pan, valve cover?) or it could just be sprayed up there from the transfer case leaking. Ur also gonna need to find why the t-case is leaking. If ur lucky its just a O-ring or gasket not a cracked case. Maybe its not the T-case leakin but the transmission. Its gonna take some serious investigation to find the problems here. Maybe ur best bet would be to turn it into insurance.
My guess for a price would be well into the thousands.
And theres probably things bent that you can't tell till you get the car on a alignment machine.
My rule with friends driving my car is if they can afford to replace it, they can drive it.

holy crap. first the bike get wrecked now your whip. That sux man. good luck
friends don't let friends that don't have an evo drive your evo.
Is he paying for it?
From the looks of it you need to find where the fluid is coming from dripping down the pan. That seems to be the most serious problem

That sucks. I know it wasn't on purpose but what a d*ck! I bet he's been asking to drive it forever and then you let him this happens. I hope he's paying for the damage. Good luck getting that fixed.
