hey guys...when i opened my trunk this morning...i noticed rust stains on the left side above the tail light..and a rusht stain on a corner of the trunk..what can i do to get rid of it? and while i looked under my car also....i saw alot alot of rust...is this really bad?

they refused my warranty....saying that it wasnt their problem...and that my car was repainted before so its none of their business...but yeah...91 posted? and noone can give me a tip on how to fix this?

 

You need a body shop, not a message board. If your car has been painted in the affected area, you are screwed when it comes to warranty. If it was wrecked, go to the shop that repaired it.

BTW, 91 views is not the same as 91 posts.

 

from what i heard, rust spots are metal specs that landed on the paint in the factory when it was wet, and that you can take them out with a clay bar

 

yup yup..get some clay bar

 

I've had some they will come out with a clay bar or some compound.

 

I agree. Clay bar is the way to go
