doh!
Correct order would be

1. Wash with dawn soap to remove previous wax
2.clay bar
3. wash and dry
etc etc

You do no good when you dont use dawn to stip...just my imo

I clayed mine today too....only downfall is I found way to many stone chips...

yea..I thought about using dawn soap but decided not to. I bought the car used back in Feb. and honestly, I don't think there was any wax left on the car. But yea, I'll try using dawn soap next time.

I know the feeling. I did look into getting a clear bra but it was too expensive for my taste.

No need to really wash with dawn when you are claying...the clay itself strips almot everything off the clear coat. On another note, good job on the car!

not all of it man....specially if you have multi layer of polish established on the car already...
