I like it without the wing but I also like them with the wing on. I am going through the same thing want to take it off but I still like it on. I don't think you can go wrong either way.

I agree, and considering I can hopefully get $4-500 for the stock wing, it seems like a good upgrade to me. In all honesty I just hate how the stock wing makes my evo look exactly the same as every other evo, regardless of what mods I do. Plus I think wingless and the apr are both big visual improvements over stock

I just am tired of the stock wing... the only way I'd keep it is if I took the paint off. At that point I'd rather get the apr one

 

ehhh that yellow evo in town witht he APR wing looks nasty in person, and i usually like APR stuff. I like the stock wing, defines the car. Your car doesnt look too bad with it off, but i still prefer it on.

I haven't seen that one... I'd like to see the wing in person, because I think it would look really nice. I'm guessing that most of you just aren't big on carbon wings. My own personal taste I think that cars look good when they're clean with no wing, or just really mean looking with a big carbon GT wing. Does anyone have any pictures of the apr wing, cause at this point that is what I'm leaning twords

 

I agree, thats y I did it... My last car was an is300, and I would never have put a wing like the evo's on it. With that car I was debating between wingless and a C-West GT wing

The wing is coming off... The question is wingless or APR wing

 

If you want to go wingless and got the cash, I'd get a carbon hood and trunk and not waste money on filling the holes and painting the trunk. Especially with the wheels you have, that'd look hot. I personally wouldn't spend the money on either but since you are going for looks that's just my opinion. Oh and if you are going for the "clean" look, why don't you ditch those rediculous stock tails and get some VIIs? Car looks good though.....

 

PS: any aftermarket wing looks gay without a body kit to have the right proportions. I'd get that wing if you had a cwest kit or something but not stock. Again, only my opinion.
