okay to the people who don't believe its the first one I'd be happy to show you the reciept , but I will NOT post that on here becuase it has credit info and other info I will not disclose. But I will Tell you the DATE of my registration which is 03/17/03 the very first day they came out here in oceanside, carlsbad, vista, escondido, encinitas bla bla bla(N. San diego) I believe someone in POWAY or somewhere in San diego has the first in the county but this is definitely the first in my area. But anyway, it does suck that no one likes it and I can see how you would not from your point of view so I will consider another way to commemorate the "1st EVO in my area". Probably a FULL CARBON FIBER body kit painted over like candy....mmmmmm.......candy....hehe

You have had the car for over two years and all you can show for it, is that hideous vynal? Do yourself a favor and quickly peel it off.

I took the wing off because I like to oversteer, by the way I just took it all off so thank you all for your feedback and for your rude uneducated remarks as well. Oh and MelAz425, before you make assumptions on something you dont know about why dont you ask first before you say something. For the record I have a full brake upgrade with works lines and DOT 4 ATS super blue fluid. Exedy full faced carbon clutch with chromoly flywheel and works clutch line,B&M short shifter with metal shifter bushings, Pirelli rubber, and a little HKS turbo timer. Just because I own an EVO doesn't mean I'm rich like some of you. And yes after 2 years my evo still is hanging on the OE spec side of the charts. I'm going for longevity not short life sprints down to wal -mart. key word.....reliability. okay I'm going way off topic but some rude people just need to be back handed every now and then. thank you all again for your ::ahem::: "spirited and colorful" remarks. The VINYL has LEFT the EVO. thank you.

You know, I hate to break it to you but YOU do not know what you're talking about. And I am saying this in the nicest way possible. So please, recheck what you've said and recheck your facts before YOU start knocking on other people. I realize the comments in here are on the harsh side, BUT it's your car. You do what you like with it. Who care what anyone else thinks?

FYI- Taking off the wing will not produce increased oversteer unless you are taking some highspeed cornering. So, anything that you may think is oversteer is probably just a figment of your imagination. On a road course, where you slow probably down to 40-50mph (or even slower) around turns, I bet the down force is nominal and cannot be felt. Full brake upgrade? So... calipers, rotors, brake lines, pads, fluid, etc etc? A full brake upgrade will cost you lots of $, which you have said that you do not have.

listen , once you start to size up sticks with me is when it really starts to put me off. I've been really nice and the whole reason I wanted to show these people what I have put on was because I wanted some negative or possitive feedback and based on that I would leave it or peel it. Obviously it was negative so this forum serves a purpose.

for one, you "DONT" know how much my brake upgrade cost and I install everything myself. It was NOT expensive because I know people.and it took me a lot of time to get whatever it did cost. AND TWO, it is You who doesn't know what he's talking about because your whole post was irrelevant(bad speller) to the topic.

lastly YES, oversteer, is what I like to do at higher speeds because not even the wing matters at low speeds. thats the only thing you had right. but why would you say something that I ALREADY know. HENCE , is why I took my wing off. SO dont go assuming that I dont know what the hell I'm doing and try and sound like I'm the dumb a**. If you want to get slapped or even socked for being a pompous jackass then I suggest saying something else cuz' I'm having a really bad day and I would be happy to do just that.
