whats the piece of plastic behin the steering hweel and infront of the instrument cluster.. where pople usually mount their gauges.. and if someoen has the partnumber from it would be great thanks

 

edit.. im an idiot.. the steering colum upper plastic.. wat i was really asking was hoy much would the dealer charge for one.. (gonna make one out of cf.. and want one to use as a template.. (dont want to use mine incase i destrouy it..)) thanks
