thanks just ran into another speed bump with the great dealer who sold me my car on June 25th they want the car back since they cant find financing!

 

o no...r u serious? wat r u gonna do? wat the hell...it usually takes a week to find out if you cant finance it!

 

well in the contract it says it may take a few days for the dealer to find financing and if they cant they give u a 15day window to find it and its been more and i guess the financing manager was doing some shady stuff so hes long gone and we just got a letter from the dealers lawyer saying to return it or pay the car off so we are in the talks with our(my mom and i) lawyer now and the funny thing is our 1st payment is due tommarow so my mom is going to go down there and offer them the $555.65 check for the months payment and we shall see how they react

 

thats the most gayest sh*t i ever heard...hopefully u can sue them for stress..saying i want this car really bad, and now i cant have it or something like that!....man i hope u win...keep us updated!!!

 

oh ya if they hadnt found financing for the car the 1st 3 days i had the car i wouldnt have burned out the stock clutch and wouldnt have had to get a rental car resulting in $550 for the time i rented car and never had to buy a new clutch and have it installed $1400 and i would have never got my $180 tint job and get my deck installed $200 or my blow off valve so they are gonna lose alot of money plus the car has 1575 miles on it so if they dont budge on the car payment tommarow we are gonna take a trip to area 51 tommarow for some miles so they can have the pleasure of selling a used car with a burnt clutch

 

the letter from the lawyer said they are gonna give us $5000 back =downpayment and my old car i traded in. but we are going to get them for everything coming out to almost $8000 in expenses

 

yeah plus the evo...hehehe

 

or they can lose the money selling a used evo with burned clutch cuz if they decide to take the car back im dropping the clutch all the way to the lot and im also taking out my blow off valve and stripping the tint maybe try some donuts
