After reading that.. I don't think I'm interested in this anymore. That this tiny winglet would cause the Evo to push is kinda crazy. More downforce = more drag = understeer, I guess.

True, not directly, but I think indirectly it can by the nature of it. Bigger wings create more downforce, but due to the surface area of it, it'll probably create more drag too (depending on the design).

I remember the VG created like 30% more downforce or something, but also created some drag (not that it was a noticeable amount, I don't think).
