Clayton Mathile. Look it up JACKASS!! Previous onwer of IAMS. Ohio has more Billionares in this state than than most, not all but most. Open mouth, insert both feet, both hands, bend over and take it like a man! His house is 25,000 sq. ft. and $11 million to build with several hundred acres and a golf course in his back yard. I can see his house from my front porch. If it was in any other state, it would be about $100+ million. Well while we are at it lets see, Dave Chappelle lives in Yellow Springs about 35 minutes from us, not to mention many many more famous people. Do not underestimate or take a shot at our state. You live in Detroit?!! High crime rates and all. It's not like Michigan is all that.
All that you said may be true; but your house doesn't appear to represent a neighborhood in which billionaires reside. Thanks for giving me the economic run down of the billionaires in Ohio though; good stuff.

My home is $1 Mil + home(sorry for the dead grass in the wintertime in pictures if that makes my home look like a run down shack), damn what is a guy to do for some respect? In cali my home would be over $10 mil. I didn't tell Clay ( A SINGLE BILLIONARE!) to build across the street and buy his whole side of the street. So what are you saying, my house is a sub standard Estate? Well I guess it would compared to an $11 mil dollar Estate. Damn, I only have 6 acres and 6,000 sq. ft. plus a full finished basement with a bar and more and a 3 car garage. I moved from a 10 acre plot with 3600 sq. ft. home with 8 car garage capacity, barn and a full MotoCross track. Jeesh guy, your killing me here. This not a pissing contest, we are just posting where we live for fun, no bragging or rubbing it in, but you force my hand with comments.

I really dont understand why you would be talking up ohio. It is not a very good state in any way especially financially! Thats great about the people coming out of ohio but that has nothing to do with how its run by the ***-hole of the state "taft
" Dont take this in a wrong way, just stating my opinions.

Keyword!! your quote of "i live in ohio too and in a pretty nice area and development and I have never seen that. and who is this billionaire you talk of, haha. i am calling b.s. on some of your comments." you would not really know any of this because real wealthy people don't live in(your keyword-development) areas because they build Estates.

B.S. really!?? Get real guy. Damn, did you read any of the previous posts in this thread AT ALL???? Look at the forbes list the guy posted after me. And yes, he has armed damn security with Sub-guns, even the police here said his average security guard is more heavely armed than him and they drive up and down the street all day and night long. He has a high security training farm on his several hundred acre Estate and they train German Sheperd attack dogs. Helicopters and planes frequently circle his property all day long. He has had death threats when he sold IAMS and since he is one of the richest in the world, he has security like that. B.S!!?? in your small world, but this is reality guy and it's not my fault your not living in an area like that. So obviously you don't have cheese like that and just like most people don't. And that is not a bad thing, that just shows you don't live in or have never seen a community like that. So don't make assessments based off your inexperience in the material world. If fact you may be the lucky one in this.

In Dayton alone, there are DD's (you know what I saying) that have armed estates as well. In Cleveland there are DD's as well as M.o.b that have the same. Those are the so called illegal estates. There are many legit wealthy people I know of personally that have armed security and more in Ohio. My friends Uncle bought his Viper from one of the richest millionares in Ohio a few years ago and guess what, he had armed security and camera's around his Estate. Except the facts and leave it alone or do your own research and see how much of an a** you are.

I am by NO MEANS talking up Ohio damnit. And so what even if I were, I live here and I like it. What do you want me to do, talk up New York or Cali, how about Florida. Would that be to your liking? If you don't like Ohio, move your a** out of Ohio. The comments came forth from the Detroit guy talking trash about Ohio and saying no one here is rich basically and that seemed to be too much for him, and that was not my intentions. As for TAFT, he is a d*ck and this state is hurting financially bad. It is hurting most of us that don't have Billions in the bank. So if you cannot except the facts, then you need to leave this thread and post on one that is more to your understanding.
Besides, you are being a hipocrite about Ohio "not a very good state in any way especially financially!" when you seem to be doing VERY well from the way you are talking about how you live in a very "nice area and developement". But yeah, our state sucks(right!)

Well then post it up guy! How much is your home worth? And How big is it since you are resorting to this nonsense? Besides, just because mine is doesn't mean yours will be worth that much in CALI. The inside would have to be about $180-$250 a square ft. in value just for material used in construction and design at least. Let's go there with it hatr!! Put your money where your mouth is or shutup and let us get back to what we where doing. You seem to turn this into a pissing match now. See, I have famous family and friends who live in Cali and Atlanta and don't have as much house and property as I do and their homes cost them millions. My home happended to be a show home before I bought it. It is very humbling to own what I do and I can lose it as fast as I got it due to the bad economy.

From what I seen of your area(if thats yours in your profile with the lancer in the driveway), it would be a $120-180K home (which is not a cheap home in any way) in Dayton and surrounding area based on the homes in the background or should I say comparables that have sold in the last 3 months that are built very similar to yours. So unless I'm wrong on the neighborhood I see in the background, stop hatin on people. My wife deals in real estate and has family that lives all over in the your area, and the houses are way, way over priced because of the cost of living in Cleveland. They moved here and got ten times the home for the same money and a much better cost of living. Your not dealing with some slacker a** kid who owns an Evo. If you want to deal with the big leagues, drive down here and I will gladly and graciously show you around so you can put your mind at ease.

I'm sorry to the rest of you guys because of a few jerkoffs that started a pissing match off of Bullsh*t and I was forced to defend myself. I had to lower myself to do this.

Nice house. In Cali how much is it if you don't mind? I know the property values out there are off the hook.

do you have to own the house or just live in it with the family?
