What was the point of your post? I know that we have EVO 8's, and not 9's.

 

I still like the OEM's on our 8's but that diffuser on the 9's look nice too. IMO it might look nice on my silver 8 too.

 

to illustrate my POV when evo 8s get evo 9 bumpers... reminds me of hondas that do conversions to look like a different model year.

 

Yeah but even EVO 9s in the US wont look like that so...? The evo9 will have the same bumper we have now right?

true. but that's my opinion. i just think it's kind of silly if you're not a hardcore tracker, especially when you factor in the need to get rid of the crash beam in our already-poorly-crash-rated cars. i wouldn't like to think of the consequences that a person would face if a passenger in the rear got hurt in an accident and it came out that the beam was missing.
