Yes, yes and yes. It comes with the FMIC, three metal adapters that bolt into the factory locations to allow the ARC to bolt right up, and yes it keeps the crash beam. The green couplers are supplied so that you can use your stock upper and lower hard pipes with the FMIC, they replace the ~45* stock rubber on either side. The tray on the bottom of the FMIC has three holes so that there is no trimming of the undertray whatsoever.

Those were actually the main reasons for me picking the ARC up. I got it back when I didn't want to void my warranty, and it is as bolt in as you can get.

I pee'd through it and threw it away...


























It covers the AC/PS (?) line that runs behind the FMIC so that the intercooler core doesn't make contact and rub a hole in the line over time. That's all that my brain could come up with....?
