+ 1...I too, am interested in finding out what exactly about it is not fitting correctly, or what particular flaws the lip has.

one side didn't fit perfect (little gap)
right by the tire.
but easy fix with some washers.
it fits good now.

V provide more aggressive looks, while D provide more "clean" looks
