that is one wheel that looks so much better in 18", not saying you got them for looks just my 2 cents

Dropped on S-Techs for now...

18's are heavier. I agree they may look better, but as you guessed, I wasn't going for looks only.

The 17x9's weight 18.8lbs. according to Z1, so I dropped a little weight at each corner and gained an inch of width. I'm running the same profile tire I was with the stock wheels, but they look wider on these rims.
