they actually run cooler as well. my old truck, i changed all my bulbs to either LED or HID. the only standard bulb left was my Hi beam, only cause i thought it would be overkill to have HID Low beams, foglights, and hibeams.

tail lights are a different story. i can either buy the led 7440 replacement bulbs from superbrightleds.com, or custom drill and install in my own headlights. a little harder.



yes i had a little time on my hands. it was a rainy day after all, hence forth pretty much a "rainy day mod". i am actually thinking of putting a LED strip there instead and using an evo panel in the back that does not have 3rd brake light ( small spoiler deck), maybe putting the led's up high like BMW. one of my future projects is to put bmw 325 rear interior lights since the back of the SSL's are so dim cause of leather, and having the interior light way in the front.
