Product Review: Cerious Performance C/F Armrest

I received my c/f armrest about two weeks ago and am just getting around to writing up a review on it.

When I received the piece, it was packaged very very well. I received it I think 4 days after the order was placed. When I opened the box, the first thing I noticed was a huge orange sticker with "INSPECTED BY" with a name and a date that the piece was inspected. All of these pieces are test fitted before they are sent out, so you can rest assured that it will be a direct fit when you install it.

And I must say I was not disappointed with how simple the install was. The great thing about this piece is that it is a FULL replacement of the stock armrest. It is NOT a cover like most companies sell (that cost the same or more). You must remove the stock armrest by the 8 screws underneath and replace it with the carbon fiber armrest.

Total install time was about 5 minutes. The weave on the carbon looks great and the finish is superb. The armrest matches my seats perfectly. I had some of my other pieces of my interior covered by a small company and I must say that the fit and finish of those pieces does not even come close to comparing to this piece.

If you like carbon fiber interior accents, then this is a piece you shouldnt pass up!!

You can pick up the piece HERE

That's looks sweet. Is your carbon on your dash and the rest of your console faded or is actually tinted yellow to match your car? Just curious.

looks good, I definatly like the idea of it being a full replacement instead of just a cover..

I think the CF would flow better with the interior.

In the third photo with the armrest upright, the weave looks like it is broken up in a few places. Is that the way the weave is or is that a light artifact? If that is the way the weave is then I do no think it is a good job and it is one of the reasons I did not purchase one initially as the one on their website looks the same with the weave broken up in many places and not flawless like it should be.

there is nothing you can do to help that...if you look at the back of my passenger seat, you can see the same thing in a few places...all c/f pieces will have a few spots like that
