Car broke and I'm bored. My posts go down when its actually running because i'm out driving.

I need to post updated pics of the car but I need to have it running longer then a few weeks first. LOL.

 

You need to have your car shipped down here so my shop can work on it. I've been daily driving mine for over a year at this power level with literally zero issues. The shop owner is an ex Lockheed Martin mechanical engineer. Things get done right, and they're cheaper than pretty much everyone else.

You're car is the only reason I'm not perfectly happy with my setup. It's made me want a FF 3586 or 6466 soooo bad. What happened with yours? You can update in your build thread if you prefer instead of clogging up this thread.

Yeah I may take you up on that offer. Currently the car is at Spec-Ops. Its been a series of fails with my car to be honest. The latest one was a 2 for. 1 was the pressure plate bolts backing out mysteriously (I think svendiesel had the same problem) and the second was a bell housing that was damaged during the first catastrophic engine failure and missed numerous times.

Trans is at Shep to get the bellhousing swapped out and make sure everything is else is fine. Flywheel and starter need to be replaced and I should be back on the road.

I may just say screw it and upgrade to the 6266 for now. See how I like that and if I'm not happy sell it and get the 6466.

I was contemplating selling this and getting a used 1st gen R35 but I love my car too much. Spec-Ops says they want to give me the car back with 0 issues so I can beat on it all I want. They even dropped the oil pan to make this latest transmission issue didn't take anything out.

So far so good. Shep is about 2 weeks put so hopefully the car will start going back together in the last week of May.

Just so you know, none of those photographs are HDR. And after the 2-day detail it reflects pretty much exactly as photographed.

Still searching for a better solution to black out the inlet for the brake ducting. I dont like the random silver ring thats visable.

I love EB! I wanted to get one so bad when I was looking for my Evo, but I could not find one. All the CT9A's that I would see driving around town were always WW, GG, and AS. I almost got a GG, but every place I went I would see one. So, I ended up getting TB. I love the color, but this is the 4th black car in a row I've owned! I love my car..but I feel a little bit of envy when I see a EB go by.
