Official "Electric Blue" Picture Thread
I am thinking of ditching the Electric Blue this winter and re spraying the car in Pearl White. Since my motor spun a bearing and then I pushed the car back the other day and my bare block was back there and just shredded the paint off in a line on the jdm rear.

Don't do it!!!! EB is one of the most sought after colors. I'm sure the pearl would be nice but white evo's are a dime a dozen. Just my .02

In the end, it may just get a full respray in EB though, depends on the cost of the pearl white paint too lol.

Very true, but pearl white evos are not Haha. Here's the deal. I was wanting to respray the engine bay and put some clear coat on(hate that the factory doesn't spray clear in the bays). I as a painter have always told myself, if I'm tearing the bay out to paint, why keep it the same color lol.
In the end, it may just get a full respray in EB though, depends on the cost of the pearl white paint too lol.

Hmm, I don't know if I'm ready for a shave and all that lol. I did that to my 1g and it was so much work lol. I don't really take the car to car shows anymore for stuff like that. Although don't get me wrong, I like a clean car with nice paint etc.
Lol. It depends on price of the tri coat with the pearl lol. I like the Eb, and I might like it more when it's fresh lol. Right now my hood and bumper are a little darker than the rest of the car. I didnt feel like blending on to the fenders when I did those. One full respray in eb might be what it needs lol
I did think of that. The only blue I really do like is a lot of work and very expensive lol. I like the House of Kolor Candy Cobalt Blue, but its so damn high. Plus the tone of blue I would want would be like 8 coats of candy over the silver base lol.
