i've heard that these things might fall off at 100mph, its not true... RIGHT?

I did mine like I did so the rods follow the lines of the car (as seen in the head-on view).

I've been well over 100 with it on... didn't fall off... track, of course ...

Got mine installed similar to yours;i think this holds the splitter better,just my opinion.

actually i have a questions on the splitter .. since i took off my undertray due to tools always falling and its a PITA to get out and removing the bumper a few times ... but would this help in any ways ? .. i've noticed that since i took it off .. this winter, my engine bay gets pretty dirty ( not that i care ) but how far back does this go to cover up the under side of the car ? and how functional are the splitters ?

the splitter covers the area that the stock undertray covered. It goes back to the front of the wheel wells.
