you need a long time with the corporation, 15-20 years before you can get aproved, my dad worked for mcdonlads when he was a kid, 14 years old flipping burgers in the grill makeing 2 bucks an hour, 34 years later he makes 6 million a year. Hard work dedication and not be embarased about telling people "i work at McDonlads"
