Are those tails painted? I doubt it, but I have to ask. Very nice work by the way.

Local graphics guy here, he makes them for me. I can get more done if people need them.

About 4 coats on the rims.

No, real MR tails, but they're temporary (off my MR) till the others are painted, since I don't drive my MR anymore for the season.

From the other thread on the rims...

(MUCH MUCH better if you do it with no rubber on them)

1) Sand. Sand and more Sanding. Start with something like 180 grit, then do a run over with something like 320 or 400. Do the outside, inside, every part.

2) Paint. Nice even coats. Let dry about 20 mins or so between coats.

3) Put on decals.

4) Clear if you want, I didn't.

5) Put on rubber.

6) Mount on car.

Minor ones, but hell, driving it for a week, I'll probably see stone chips.

It's not infallable. Painted rims without clear, expect to paint every year or so, but at $4 a can, it's not like it's overly expensive.

I used Dupli-color wheel paint.

I love the fit of the CF hood. I'm half tempted to get one for my car.

I hate to say this, but I think that is one of the sweetest, cleanest Evo's I've seen on this board irregardless whether it is a beater or not.
