Yea I know that it absorbs in light but I thought he had some rational for black under the hood parts absorbing heat because I have never heard of that before, thought maybe I missed out on that memo haha.

Even though there's no visible light (unless your exhaust manifold is glowing red hot), there is still heat radiation. When you put your hand near a hot surface and feel heat, that's radiative heat transfer. It works with any heat source not just sun light. Radiative heat transfer grows with temp like T^4, so it quickly becomes dominant at higher temperatures. Both light and heat are a form of electromagnetic radiation, just different wave lengths.

oooh, blackbody theory...musclecar guys used to paint their engine blocks black based on their very poor understanding (or lack thereof) of blackbody theory.

Here is the Nisei Black ones that I'm going to be getting!!!

As you can see from the pix the less bends & shorter piping will equal quicker throttle response!! I've already seen how this pipe kit increases boost on another thread!

Here is the Limited Eddition black I've seen too, not as much bling. I'm thinking about this one too.

The Nisei Raw pipes.

Close up of the Nisei Raw!!! Man that looks pretty sweet!!!!

Nisei is the only one offerring cool colors & meeting the needs for everyone. Fits with the stock airbox and aftermarket filters. HKS SSQ BOV option & I think I'm going to get the EMS air fitting option too. I've got to find out some more info from Rob.
