It is more expensive because of the carbon, OEM are just injection molded ABS plastic. Carbon parts take much longer to make, which is why the price is higher.

Just waiting on a response from our test fit guy, then I will start a group buy immediately after if it fits well. I hope to hear from him today

Will,
I put it on last night. I will be sending you the pics and instructions later on today. After I take pictures. First off I want to say to everybody that the fitment on this piece is PERFECT. It is amazing quality also. Quick install of it took me literally 2 minutes cause the fitment was so good.

Just need to get confirmation of the fit(when I get the pictures) then full production will start, with the group buy to follow tomorrow probably. I will post retail price, pics, and group buy price as soon as I come in tomorrow as long as Albert sends me the stuff by then

Ok guys. I emailed Will and he should take care of you guys shortly. Trust me when I say this is definitely worth the price. This is a quality piece and Will is a quality vendor. If I needed anything carbon fiber I would absolutely check with him first.
