Well it is finally done and on the car. I am sorry for the quality of the pic's, the roll got F. I will get some good pic later. The skid plate is a very close recreation of the stock plastic ones with some added atttachement points. It is Kevlar, carbon, and glass cloth with epoxy resin. The mold took about 200 hours to make and the plate took 20 hours to make. It turned out ok for the first one off the mold. The fit is ok with the pass side seems a little bent down. The mold must be a little off on that side. The finish is ok for hand lay up but do not even compair it to carbon hood or the stock wing. The strength I would say 100 times the stock. Defently good for the urban jungle and I think for Rally-X. This is not a Stage rally plate.
