Got Silk Road Coilovers for the IX

Well its been a long wait for them to arrive from japan. Were having some trouble getting shipping info as no one at Silk Road Japan spoke english. Then there was another delay for my custom spring rates.

After all said and done they arrived on Thanksgiving.

I put them on but have not taken any pictures yet.

Im sure very few of you have heard of Silk Road as they are rare in the states...

I've never heard of them before!

What spring rates did you get and what range of dampening adjustment is available?

Did you try ordering these through Silk Road USA up in Seattle? Are they even still in business?

Seems like a great product. But pics of coilovers all look the same so I really don't know what the deal is about how cool they look.

16k front 14kg rear....front and rear damper adjustment.

what sucks is the fronts you gotta adjust from the bottom.

hassle.

yea i did... dont get fooled by the pricing on the site.

Shipping alone cost a pretty penny and not to mention the 1 month wait.

They couldnt find any japanese translators so that screwed stuff up a lot.

HASSLE!!!!
