I bought a Pioneer CD player and had it installed into my old lancer (02 Lancer ES) and before i sold it i took the Pioneer CD player out and put the stock one back in. I bought an 03 Evo and was fine with the stock radio until i noticed it wouldn't play all my burned CDs... so i wanted to put the Pioneer CD player in my Evo. I took the Pioneer out of my lancer so i'm comfortable putting it in the evo i just need to know if the adapter that is already on the back of the pioneer (to change it from a pioneer plug to a mitsubishi plug) will plug right into the evo. I'd like to know if i need a new adapter before i attempted this so i can make sure i have all the parts ahead of time to do the entire install at once. Thank you in advance for any help.

I tried searching BTW and i kept getting errors, so i decided to just chance it and make a new thread.

 

all mitsu's (from what i heard) from 95+ have the same harness unless u have the sun and sound package then u need th eharness and a special plug for the factory amps... (i've used the same harness in my old oz, my ralliart, my talon, and my evo)
