What offset would i run with a 9.5 wide rim or 10inch wide rim with the rear fenders on and also 20mm wide fenders in front?

I preffer that rims. You can't go wrong on TE37. That's the only played out rims that will never fade.

Dark Gun Metal RS is nice though, especially on white and Red.

Stick with the TE37.
