just a question... has anyone painted their UK trunk badges black? i know there is black available for the EVOLUTION VIII badge, but not for the IX. I'm ordering the EVOLUTION IX MR badge, but i want it in black, not chrome. anybody have any experience with painting these? thanks

 

I have done the rear badges before use a red scuff pad from a paint supply store ( not a kelly morre) Scuff the parts down and use a trim BLACK paint either made buy SEM or another brand, a couple of light coats will do the trick
