last year the news over here did a whole experiment on these sprays.. the conclusion was that every camera was different.. some cameras caught the number and some didnt..9 out of 10 times the camera got your number.. they tried all the sprays and the plastic covers, smoked, clear, dark etc etc.

nothing worked 100%

the only thing that works 100% is to not have a plate at all.
