It was at my work place.
The sheriff told me "A vehicle fitting this description was reported traveling in excessive speeds at such and such place at such and such time on these dates...which means you'll go to court, I'm citing you for your vehicle being too low to the ground: $100 fine, wheels protruding from the fendered area: $100, radar detector mounted with suction cups only: $75 fine, your vehicle is parked too far from the rear of the space (the pole is in my space) and illegal tint on windshield of vehicle"
He handed me the ticket and written on it it said "violation of driving a Fast and Furious car" and it was one from here:

One of my co-workers knew him and had setup the prank. I was SOOOOO happy it was just a prank lol.
