Hey Everyone...

Just wanted to know if anyone out there has ordered headlight or taillight overlays for there vehicle from this website?

They seem to be pretty good qaulity, I know Evo81 has them on his(https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=140584) and they look pretty sick, but I just wanted to see if i could get some more feedback from other members who might have these...

P.S. I was thinking about going with optic blue or optic yellow instead of the regular smoked out color...just wanted to know what you guys thought of those two colors on an apex silver evo!!!

They are nice, I have a set. however, I screwed up the install so I don't have experience on how they last. They do fit pretty well though and the material is a nice thick durable, yet transparent.

hmm...rice?? idk about that, your entitled to your own opinion...the only reason im doing this is because i wanna spend my money on performance rather than $700.00 for evo mr headlights, and since it is my daily driver its hard to send them out to evodave...and i was jus thinking these would be cool for the time being..anything to hide those f'in clear lights...lol

as for the cops yea that was the other thing i was thinking, thats probably one of the biggest reasons i havnt gone through with it yet

 

actually yellow looks good on a white car

 

so what would look good on a silver car??

 

I think the smoke would look better on silver than yellow or blue.

thanks guys for the feedback...im up in the air wheather or not i really wanna do this...i might just stick it out with the clear lights for now and just get the performance done then save up and buy a set of evo mr heads and tails...

 

if anything...just go with BlueBatMobile vinyl overlays which are alot cheaper and basically looks the same. bat has some good stuff.

I have a silver Evo also, and I like the look of the dark headlights. My main concern is not really the law, (I live in the sticks) but the night-time visibility. You could just pick up some window tint and cut it to fit. I know they make these headlight covers for sportbikes (probably cars too) that are sort of "mesh"...perforated with lots of little holes so the light passes through. You can even put the suff across your helmet visor and it barely effects your vision. They do block a little light, but doesn't "tint" the light like window tint would.
