So wait, after all said and done it was 22k? Why not just go with a used evo?

" i ended up taking the car home for 8,600 after my dad pulled some chains with his partners and with everything being bought from ebay and car part websites around the world i finished the car painted for 14,000 with everything-car-paint-and parts"

Oops, my bad. I thought he meant 14k was how much he paid for the repairs. By the way, can you fix the pictures on the before because I can't see anything.

thats the best way too do it if you know how to work on cars , that looked like the evo when i got it and know its perfect , and well under 15,000 total price , good job

you would be amazed if you found out how many cars are stamped "salvaged" with close to minor damage.

nice clean up/resto job man...what mileage does the car have on it? glad to see you made out on a good deal right there...that salvage yard business can be a goody when you are looking for a fixer upper
