Hey all,

I have an Evo 7 valve cover lying aroudn that I ordered a little while aog, but now that I'm trading in my Evo 8 for an IX MR, i'm trying to figure out whether I should keep it or not.

It took me like 3 months to get it, so I'd rather make 100% sure whether it fits or not before putting it up for sale.


With the addition of MIVEC on the IX's, i'm not sure if there may be any differences in the valve covers besides the obvious MIVEC TURBO written on the outside.

If anyone knows for sure, please let me know.

honestly, i am not sure on it naj, for an 8 you need a pvc valve or something like that. I dont know if the cover is designed the same underneath and has the same clearence due to the IX's timing system on the head. But i'll buy it from you, cash, lol. Other people will be able to answer this better than me.

 

thats what I wanna find out for sure first.

I dont wanna sell it, n then see sum1 use it on their evo 9, and then I gotta wait like 3 months again to order it.

If it wont work, i'll sell it.
