And the size of the stupid mesh parts that mitsi put on would be good too. Id like to replace that ugly ****. And wouldnt doubt that im losing boost all the time because of the crappy clamps and hoses.!!!

I found these turbo clamps awhile back, and they look to be pretty nice:

http://www.owendevelopments.co.uk/pr...Submit2=Search

This constant tension design of clip is recommended for use with silicone hoses when fitted to turbocharger compressor outlets and intercooler pipe work. It's unique design compensates for the effects of thermal cycling and compression set of the hose.

Used by WRC rally teams worldwide, it's fitment will reduce the risk of hoses coming loose and blowing off, which in the case of turbocharged cars, could prevent overspeeding of the turbocharger and inevitable failure.

TECHNICAL DATA

The unique dual bead concentrates band sealing pressure, increasing it's performance when compared with the standard smooth clamps. The rolled edge design prevents the edges of the clamp from cutting into the hose.

Material:
Stainless Steel, Heat Treated Rc 40-46

Fitting Torque:
Max 75ins lbs (8.47 Nm)
Min 50ins lbs (5.65 Nm)

Operating Temp:
Max 250 Celsius

Note:
Similar Clamps Available for Water Hoses

OK I think we are still missing a few spots.

I have attached the drawing of the complete system. There are 12 clamps needed and 1 optional. I say optional because it never sees the boost level. That is the one on the BOV outlet to the intake pipe before the turbo. If that leaks who cares.

Starting from the turbo on the diagram:
1. Turbo outlet pipe to Air Hose A size-2.0"
2. Air Hose A to Air Pipe A size-2.0”
3. Air Pipe A to Air Hose B size-2.5"
4. Air Hose B to Charge Air Cooler size-2.5”
5. Charge Air Cooler to Air Hose C size-2.5”
6. Air Hose C to Air Pipe B size-2.5”
7. Air Pipe B to Air Hose D size-2.5”
8. Air Hose D to Air Pipe C size-2.5”
9. Air Pipe C to Air Hose E size-2.5”
10. Air Hose E to Throttle Body size-3.0”
11. Air Pipe C to Air By-pass Hose size-about 1.5” not sure.
12. Air By-pass hose to By-pass Valve size-about 1.5” not sure.
13. (Optional) By-pass Valve to Air Intake size-about 1.5” not sure.

The 5 listed by AfireINSIDE (post #18 above) are #’s: 5 thru 10.

If anyone can post the correct sizes on the missing pieces I will update so we can have a good list for people.

Updated 3-10-06 (found the turbo outlet size.) Just need the BOV sizes.

You, sir, are a good kind man. Some day, people will write songs about you and sing them to their children.

Thanks for the update.
From your order sheet, it looks like none of the T bolt clamps are spring loaded. Or am I reading it wrong? Thanks
