Old Guy met TurboTrix - 56k no no
No problem answering your questions, I thought that is why we are all here. To help each other out
1. They are Dakota Digital Solarix model gauges in blue LED
2. The switches in the cup area are: Rocker switch for remote bottle opener for intercooler chiller. One pushbutton is a manual spray for the intercooler chiller, the other is for a purge I use at shows.
3. The glove box switches are RED ones supply power to the intercooler remote opener, blue ones do misc. things like run LED thourghout the car, turn on the gauge in the middle, which is my intercooler temp gauge and things like that
4. The deck is a flip up, you are correct. It is an Alpine IVA-D300. The location is ok. I usually run music DVD's so I don't really peek at the screen while driving.
5. The overlays were ordered from a place called "the decal store". They are ok...a few dark areas. But I wanted blue to match the other gauges. So they did the trick.

LOLOL....not Paul or Brian...would have been nice to spend the night with Eva tho!
The gauge pod on the top of the dash is made for an STI
sorry guys... through alot of work with a heat gun and patience ( which I usually don't have) I got it to fit perfectly.
Sorry if I scared anyone with the color. The pictures dont do it justice tho. It is really a beautiful paint job. Those of you that have seen it in person know. I realize that its not pleasing to everyone, but it does attract attention. So I would suggest if you want to go fast without attracting the boys in blue....stay a stock color.
I think I have one spare switch in the glove box.....I'll work on that instant car cover for ya!!!!!

Haze,
It is an autometer 20018 triple gauge dash pod for an STI.
BTW, thanks to you and all who serve to protect our freedom
MR2005....when I got the body kit, there was not alot available for the EVO's. Took 15 weeks from Japan. I just liked the color, so I went with it.
Oh yea...if any of you are thinking about trying the dash gauge cluster, the back 2 screws are VERY DIFFICULT to install because of almost zero clearence with the windshield to use tools. Had to pre drill holes with right angle drill and use right angle screwdriver with about 1/16 of a turn at a time. I wish I would have thought of it when we took the windshield out to paint the car, but that would have been too easy. So...be prepared.
