Haha.. the bumper and tails were purchased from gruppe-s

I put the stock exhaust back on and sold the buschur because it stuck like 6" back past the bumper and looked hideous, I also need a tranny rebuild under warranty so I wanted the stocker back on for now.

 

it looked like it was but i was hoping he'd say it was an aftermarket that looked stockish...i'd buy an exhaust before i got the bumper but like he said, he sold it.

 

i dont know if this is conicidence but i swear i see a lot of Evo pictures with JCPENNY in the background..............wierd......haha lol......back to topic, that looks hella nice man. sucks that i waited over a month and a half for mine to come in

why do you want your viii to look like a ix out of the factory?....why not go and buy a Ix

 

Maybe you should follow your own advice. I think the guy likes the Evo IX bumper. Why would he go buy a new IX when they have the same bumper as the EVO 8? Maybe you should be a little more informed before making posts. I don't think the guy is trying to pass his car off as an Evo IX, hence the VIII badge on the trunk.

i argee, my moron friend with an srt-4 asked me the same thing, im like i like the bumper. his reply was well are you trying to pass it off as a 9? im like NO i just like the bumper
