I have the RM-01A. I was disappointed that it tapered down to 2.25" at the resonators. BUT, the only reason I bought this exhaust is due to how quiet it is. With my big turbo and my old UR 3" TBE it was crazy loud. You could here my car coming from 3 miles away. The Fuji has made my car super quiet even w/ a cat delete pipe. I am sure I lost 20whp, but I don't care, because it is quiet.

Also, comparing the Buschur to the Fuji is plain retarded. They were designed for different reasons.

 

I've read through this whole thread and can safely say that this deadbeatrec guy is obviously an idiot, and probably jealous he can't afford a Ti exhaust. First of all.. who cares about your opinion? I certainly don't, because it's obviously ridiculously biased. We're all auto enthusiasts... probably the single group of people *least* concerned with cost. Also, JDM vendors have had 9, count them.. 9 iterations of Evos to design exhausts for, I think it's pretty safe to say they know what they are doing. I am 100% sure the JDM guys can get more *useful* and *practical* (read... not so loud you get pulled over all the time) performance out of a Japanse car then Dave, that's just the reality of it.

 

jj 008, I remember your post, didn't you gain some boost also from the exhaust??

 

Downpipe doesn't add any noise and the test pipe "barely" increases the sound volume. No droning whatsoever and one does not need to turn up the stereo when cruising. Much bore "bassy" than the stock setup. Fits like a glove and isn't overly large so no attention from the rear either.
