Anyway, I have absolutely no idea what Topnotchevo was trying to communicate to you, I seen my name but I am here to clarify that I have absolutely nothing to do with any comments. However I sensed some level of hostil conversation..
My best guess is that since I have seen Topnotchevo car in person he perhaps would like me to tell you that his car indeed is a fast car, but this is just a guess, I really haven't figure out what he was trying to say when he said: Ask Carlos.
