It says in his car details that he's got an RS, although he does have color matched mirrors?

EDIT: You can see in the first pic that it is an RS by the roof. Did you get your mirrors painted or buy some off another Evo?

 

Looks great now put a stock wing on it.

Abot painting the roof, I don't think it looks right because of the way the pillars meet the body. Some cars have creases or lines that can easily be "seperated" from the body of the car making a black roof (with black pillars) look good.

1. It is an RS
2. Yes I had the mirrors and door handles painted
3. The hood is from VIS along with the trunk
4. The fenders are from Chargespeed and are fiberglass
5. Fitment on everything is probably the best I have ever seen
6. Being that it is an RS I don't have a wing to put on it nor do I want to I think it looks good wingless.
7. Hopfully I will be ordering my rims tomarrow.
8. I am not able to lower the car because of my driveway I almost scrape as it is.
9. And about the JDM MR tails I had my eye on the EVO VII tails.

damn dude, i would have sold you my vis cf trunk, no wait time, and would have ate the shipping for dirt cheap!!!! no offense by i am extremely dissappointed with vis.... the weave is shotty, fittment is a little off and not to mention it's pretty heavy compared to alot of other cf trunks... overall kinda cheap!

after seening some other trunks out there
i'm looking to upgrade asap.....

any takers? i'll sell mine...

 

The weave on mine is outstanding perhaps the best I've seen and the fitment is about 99% perfect I am very pleased

man, that fits wayyyy better than my seibon trunk. i shoulda went with VIS...but i had a bad experience with a VIS cf hood on my accord.

did you remove the spring bars from the trunk mounts? It looks better than mine...I left one bar on it and it lifts one side up. :P

 

Yes I had to remove one of the spring bars in the trunk because It about launched the trunk over car when I popped it .

Yes It is a RS so I was already wingless so not much change there but in my opinion I think it looks better wingless with a C/F trunk then wingless with a regular trunk but just my opinion

 

I thought mine looked nice without the wing, BUT I just had the wing sitting there in the room taking up space, so I put it back on. Not to mention the CONSTANT whining from my wife and friends about "its an EVO, it should have a wing" :P

 

Well I thought that too but the wingless look kinda grew on me so I think I will leave it that way for awhile
